Weirdest, Strangest Night Noise

Please listen and if you know what it is, tell me! It was about 10:00 p.m. This is a one-minute excerpt but it lasted several minutes. There is nothing to see--just to hear. Owls? Birds? Murder?

    Likely a barred owl pair. Common in Minnesota. Here's a link to their calls.

    Barred owls, of course. I've heard that other sound in my forest. Maybe yipping coyote? Maybe a bird?
